HOW TO USE

1. Fill a temperature-controlled foot bath bucket with ELO Bath Water. The water level should cover your ankles (or wrists if soaking hands). For foot soak, use about 3 bottles of 1.5L.
2. Immerse your clean hands or feet in the water and gradually increase the temperature to your desired level (around 40⁰C). Soak for 40 to 45 minutes. You can use this time to relax and unwind, read a book or listen to music.

3. Pat your hands or feet dry, gently with a towel after soaking. Avoid rubbing vigorously.

Note: For best results, soak for at least 7 consecutive nights before going to bed.
